Description
A genuine CEME direct-acting solenoid valve in the G 1/4 body, the size normally found on steam irons, ironing tables, vacuum boards and small finishing equipment. Direct acting means the valve lifts on coil power alone and needs no minimum line pressure to open, so it stays reliable on low-pressure steam lines and on circuits that switch on and off many times an hour.
The 3.0 mm orifice gives a Kv of 0.197 m3/h and the valve is rated to a 9 bar maximum differential. EPDM seals suit steam and hot water to a fluid temperature of 150 C, with an ambient limit of 120 C. The Serie 688 coil is AC 220-230V 50/60 Hz, 17 VA, ED 100% for continuous duty, Class H insulation, carrying VDE REG C609 and CE approval.
